The setting and connection

Grande Centre Point is a 32-storey tower at Dolphin Circle in North Pattaya, built directly on top of and connected to the Terminal 21 Pattaya mall — so an entire complex of shops, restaurants and a cinema is a one-minute indoor walk from the lobby. It’s one of the most convenient bases in the city: North Pattaya Beach is around a 13-minute walk, Central Marina is close, and the calmer northern end of the bay keeps you a little removed from the noise of Walking Street while still putting everything within easy reach.

Rooftop, water park and dining

The headline facility is the rooftop above the mall: a 6,000m² sky water park with a free-form pool, an infinity pool, slides, an outdoor jacuzzi and a tiny-tots splash zone, plus the first Pattaya skywalk — a glass-floored bridge with 180-degree views. Dining runs from the all-day Waves & Wind restaurant to a panoramic rooftop venue, and there’s a spa, gym and a games room with pool and snooker tables. One thing to know: it’s an alcohol-free hotel, though guests can bring their own drinks up to the rooftop.

Golf access and getting around

For golf, the North Pattaya position is handy: the flagship Siam Country Club courses — Old Course, Plantation, Rolling Hills and Waterside — sit roughly 20–25 minutes inland, with the Nicklaus-designed Laem Chabang and the scenic Chee Chan around 30–40 minutes away. Regional transfers typically run 20–60 minutes, making several rounds across a few days easy. With the mall, beach and attractions on the doorstep, you only really need transfers for tee times. Pattaya’s coolest, driest golf weather runs November to February, though it plays year-round.
