The flagship Black Mountain and the scenic Pineapple Valley (formerly Banyan) provide the premium championship rounds; Royal Hua Hin, Thailand’s oldest course, gives an easy, historic round in town; and Seapine Beach, one of the country’s only true coastal courses, is right on the doorstep near Khao Takiab. Most courses are 15–30 minutes away, and Bangkok is a 2.5–3 hour drive. The prime golf season runs November to April.
