From there it’s an easy run to the championship Blue Canyon Lakes Course and the Jack Nicklaus–designed, oceanfront Mission Hills near Phuket International Airport (25–30 minutes), plus the dramatic, tin-mine-carved Red Mountain in central Kathu. The scenic Aquella at Natai Beach is an optional day trip further north. The prime golf season runs November to April.
